Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. sour or buttermilk (sour milk - add 1 Tbsp. lemon juice to equal 1 c. milk)
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream oil, sugar and egg.
    Add sour or buttermilk.
    Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
    Mix all together.
    Bake.
