Fantasy Fudge(Doubled) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oleo
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 (13 oz.) Marshmallow Creme
    2 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir together sugar, oleo and milk in heavy 5 quart pan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil for 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips.
    Stir until melted.
    Add Marshmallow Creme, nuts and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cool at room temperature and cut into squares.
    Yields 6 pounds.
