Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 large fresh mushrooms (approximately)
1 lb. turkey sausage
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 clove minced garlic
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Clean and stem mushrooms.
Fry sausage; drain well.
Add cream cheese and garlic; mix.
Fill mushrooms with mixture.
Place in pan with 1/4 cup butter, melted.
Sprinkle Parmesan over mushrooms. Dot with remaining butter.
Broil 5 to 8 minutes.
Serve warm.
