Carrot Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked carrots, cooked and mashed
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tsp. onion, grated
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Shape into balls about 1 1/2-inches in diameter. Roll in eggs and crumbs and fry in deep hot fat (375\u00b0 to 385\u00b0) until browned. Drain on absorbent paper.
