Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts
 
3 medium carrots
1 red onion
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
- 
                            Peel and slice carrots into 1-inch chunks.
 
Coarsely chop red onion.
Steam carrots and Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.
Add onion.
Cook 5 minutes more.
Drain and add butter and salt to taste.
