Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour (loose)
    3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    3 c. (2 cans) chicken broth
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 c. sliced okra
    salt to taste
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 c. chopped cooked chicken
    1 (5 oz.) can shrimp, drained
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook celery, onion and flour in oil for 5 minutes; stir as needed.
    Add remaining ingredients, except chicken, shrimp and rice.
    Stir well.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add chicken and shrimp.
    Heat through.
    Serve over rice.
