Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. cold water
Preparation

Cut chicken into small pieces.
Smash garlic and put all the ingredients into a pot.
Cover and bring to a rapid boil.
Reduce to medium heat and simmer until meat is done.
Serve with rice.
