Catfish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    clean catfish
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 potatoes, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. milk or cream
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 stick margarine
    enough water or cover fish (about 1 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Boil catfish until tender (can remove bones) with onion and potato (until tender).
    Add
    milk,\tcornstarch
    and margarine.
