Indonesian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 doz. chicken wings and thighs, cut off wing tips
    1 c. honey
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. garlic, chopped (8 to 10 cloves)
    1/2 c. fresh grated ginger
Preparation
    Mix honey, soy sauce and ginger (can do all in food processor).
    Arrange chicken in large shallow pan and pour on the sauce (it should cover by 1/4-inch).
    Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
    Bake 3 hours at 325\u00b0
    or 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover for last half hour or so.
    The longer it bakes the better.
    Serves 8.
