Texas Sunday Ranch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
4 eggs, well beaten
3 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/3 c. real butter, melted

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Let set for a few minutes.
Use partly baked pie shells (deep dish).
Pour some mix in shell.
Let stand a few minutes.
Pour in more.
Bake in a 365\u00b0 oven about 50 minutes.
