Ingredients

2-8 oz. cartons sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecan meats
Preparation

Sift flour, soda, salt and sugar together.
Add sour cream. Separate eggs, beat yolks and add to mixture, mixing thoroughly. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into mixture.
Add chopped pecan meats.
Bake in a hot waffle iron.
Makes 6 waffle.
