Ingredients

1 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
1 egg
5 c. flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
sesame seed, roasted
Preparation

Beat butter and
sugar\tvery well.
Add egg; beat well. Stir in vanilla\tand flour.
If too soft, refrigerate until it hardens slightly.
Roll
1\ttablespoon of dough in sesame seed (roasted). Flatten slightly.
Bake
for 15 to 20 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
