Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sweet potatoes
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook, peel and mash sweet potatoes. Combine in a large mixing bowl with butter, eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar.
    Spread in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
