Zucchini Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    5 zucchini, washed and thinly sliced
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
    5 sprigs parsley, chopped
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Pour oil into an 8-inch round baking dish.
    Add 1/3 zucchini, Mozzarella, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese, salt and parsley. Continue layering until all ingredients are used.
    Pour in water and cover with bread crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
    Serves 5.
