Brown Sugar Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. light brown sugar
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, sift together the first 5 ingredients.
    Blend in the brown sugar.
    Combine the egg, oil and milk.
    Stir into the dry ingredients until just moistened.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until done.
    Makes about 18 muffins.
