Sesame Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. sesame seed
4 scallions (optional)
3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 Tbsp. honey mustard
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. hot chili oil
1/3 c. dark sesame oil
1/2 c. orange juice
salt and fresh ground pepper
8 oz. thin spaghetti
Preparation

Place sesame seed in hot, dry skillet and toss gently over high heat until lightly toasted.
Set aside.
Cut scallions into 2 1/2-inch pieces.
Make fringe on one end.
Drop into ice water so they turn into brushes; set aside.
