Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. uncooked macaroni
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Melt butter in heavy saucepan.
    Add flour; mix well.
    Pour in milk all at once; stir over medium heat until thickened.
    Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Mix until blended.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
