Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    3 slices bread, broken up
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve with croissants or bagel.
