Butter Pecan Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding (the cooked kind)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. maple flavoring
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 pt. heavy cream or 1 large can Pet milk
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Slowly brown pecans in oleo.
    Set aside.
    Cook eggs slowly with pudding mix, sugar and a small amount of milk.
    Add flavorings and Eagle Brand milk and other milk or cream.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pour into freezer container.
    Add enough milk to fill to line.
    Add pecans and freeze.
