Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. biscuit mix
    1 pkg. coon cheese (in black pkg.)
    1 lb. hot sausage
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain on paper towel.
    Sift biscuit mix.
    Add sausage and grated cheese.
    Mix well and form into small balls. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes, varying according to ovens.
