Layered Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 medium yellow squash, sliced, cooked and drained
    10 oz. spinach, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter.
    Layer squash, 1/2 cup Mozzarella, mushrooms, remaining Mozzarella and spinach in casserole.
    Top with Parmesan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
