Easy Tortilla Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
    12 corn tortillas, quartered
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 c. grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large skillet brown beef and drain. Add chili and sauce; simmer 10 minutes.
    Dip quartered corn tortillas in sour cream.
    In a greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish, place 1/2 of tortillas to line bottom.
    Top with 1/2 of meat, 1/2 of onion and 1/2 of cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake 30 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
