Lemon-Dill Sauce For Grilled Fish Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 clove garlic, chopped
4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. white wine
juice of 1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed
3 Tbsp. fresh dill
Preparation

In skillet, saute garlic in butter.
Add olive oil and heat; do not burn butter and garlic.
Mix in dill, stirring over medium heat.
Stir in white wine.
Stir in lemon juice.
Baste fish steaks plentifully during grilling.
Leftover baste can be served on steaks when served.
Great on salmon, swordfish and king fish.
