Herbed Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. red-skinned peanuts
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. chopped fresh dill
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. rice vinegar
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    freshly ground pepper
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (defrosted), drained
    2 ribs celery, minced
    2 small green onions, minced
Preparation
    Place nuts in small baking, roast at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Put nuts in kitchen towel and rub together to remove skins. Chop coarsely.
