Pickled Eggs(2 Quart Jars) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 hot peppers or 1 jar yellow hot peppers
    2 onions, sliced and separated
    6 to 8 carrots, cut into sticks
    1 qt. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 doz. hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Bring peppers,\tpepper\tjuice,\tvinegar
    and
    salt to a boil. Layer carrot sticks, onions, peppers and eggs in jar to the top of jar.
    Pour liquid mixture over contents in the jar. Cover and let stand
    3 to 7 days.
    (Gets hotter the longer it stands.)
