Nancy Grifo'S Easy Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
basil
oregano
salt and pepper
garlic powder
parsley
lasagne noodles, uncooked
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 can water
1 whole carrot (to soak up acid)
Mozzarella, Velveeta and Parmesan cheese, grated or thin sliced
Preparation

Brown ground beef and chopped onion.
Add basil, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley to taste.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.
Add carrot and simmer approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Layer noodles, sauce and cheeses (Mozzarella, Velveeta and Parmesan).
End in the cheese layer.
Cook 30 minutes and check to see if it needs more water.
Cook another 30 minutes. (Total time 1 hour at 350\u00b0.)
