Kentucky Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 strips bacon, in 1-inch cubes
4 ears corn, sweet or horse, scraped from cob
2 small cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, minced or in rings
1 large egg
salt, pepper and sugar to taste
Preparation

Lightly fry bacon, mix other ingredients thoroughly; pour into bacon grease.
Fry slowly so as not to brown too quickly, about 25 minutes.
