Chili-Rice Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 pkg. whole kernel corn
    1 c. dried green and red sweet pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato or juice
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in skillet; add spices, corn, peppers, tomatoes and water.
    Cover and bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in rice.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and let simmer 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
