"Broccoli Corn Bread" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 box chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    4 eggs
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
    2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    1 c. cottage cheese
    grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
    If desired, grate cheese on top just before casserole is done.
