Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 stick butter
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 chicken, cooked and deboned
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
    1 small jar pimentos
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, pepper and celery in butter; add soup.
    Mix together.
    Add 1/4 cup water if needed.
    Combine chicken, noodles and pimentos with soup mixture.
    Grate cheese; put on top.
    Cook in oven until bubbly.
