Hazelnut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hazelnuts (equals 2 c. nut meats put through food chopper, fine)
    1 lb. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter or margarine and sugar.
    Stir in nuts, flour and salt.
    Roll in small balls and flatten slightly.
    Bake 25 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
    Take from cookie sheet while hot and roll in granulated sugar.
    Makes 10 dozen.
