Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. white cooking wine
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. half and half cream
    1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms
    8 oz. spaghetti (2-inch pieces), cooked
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients and put in crock-pot.
    Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, until chicken is well done. Remove chicken bones; cut chicken into chunks.
    Strain broth into bowl. (Remainder of recipe may be cooked in crock-pot or on stove top, depending on available time.)
