Mock Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. hot water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

In top of double boiler, blend hot water with mayonnaise. Stir until heated through.
Add lemon juice and pour over vegetables.
