Milk Chocolate Macadamia Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3 c. milk chocolate chips
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. almond extract
    2 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line buttered baking sheets with buttered waxed paper.
    In a medium bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, sugars, vanilla and almond extracts.
    Add the flour mixture.
    Stir in the milk chocolate chips and chopped Macadamia nuts.
    Use 1 tablespoon dough for each cookie.
    Drop them 1-inch apart on prepared baking sheets.
    Bake for 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 dozen.
