Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
Preparation
-
Cream first 4 ingredients until fluffy.
Sift dry ingredients; stir into molasses mixture.
Form in small balls, roll in granulated sugar and place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
