Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. coconut
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in a skillet and add coconut, stirring constantly over low heat until golden brown.
    Spread the coconut on an absorbent paper to cool.
    Cream the other 2 tablespoons of margarine with cream cheese and add the milk.
    Beat in the sugar gradually.
    Blend in the vanilla and stir in 1 3/4 cups of coconut. Sprinkle remaining coconut on cake top.
