Chicken Salad(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) containers cream cheese (fat-free)
    2 cans 98% fat-free chicken breast, shredded
    1/3 c. celery, minced
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/4 c. almonds, toasted and chopped
Preparation
    Beat together both cream cheese.
    Blend in chicken, celery and 2 teaspoons parsley.
    Shape into a ball and sprinkle the top with almonds and remaining parsley.
    Chill.
    Serve with low-fat wheat crackers.
    Serving size is 1 ounce with 90 calories and 6 g fat.
