Marian'S Italian Sausage Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Italian sausage (bulk)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. basil leaves
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    6 medium tomatoes, chopped (save juice)
    1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 box lasagne noodles
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cook sausage, onion and garlic in skillet.
    Brown and drain; set aside.
    Cook ground beef until brown; drain.
    In 6-quart pan, combine sausage mix and ground beef.
    Stir in 2 tablespoons parsley, sugar, basil, mushrooms, tomato sauce and tomatoes.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce.
    Simmer 45 minutes stirring frequently.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Use a 13 x 9-inch pan, ungreased.
