Chicken Almond Casserole - cooking recipe

1 c. chopped, deboned chicken
1 c. finely chopped celery or 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. chicken broth or water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs, hard-boiled
1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a greased, covered, 1-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with French fried onion rings.
Bake, uncovered, 5 more minutes.
