Stew(Lapskaus) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh beef
1/2 lb. salt pork
1 medium onion, diced
4 raw potatoes, diced
couple of diced celery stalks
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Simmer diced meat 1 hour.
When tender, add onion, potatoes and celery.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until vegetables are done and stew is thickened.
