Spinach Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

fresh spinach
fresh mushrooms
sour cream

Preparation

Use whatever quantities you need.
Steam spinach and sliced or quartered mushrooms together until soft.
Just prior to serving, add sour cream (enough to coat).
Mix and serve hot.
