Squash Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely chopped squash
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, stirring in flour.
    Drop by tablespoon in hot oil.
    Cook until browned, turning over once. Drain.
