Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pineapple juice
4 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. light cream, whipped
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour; add enough pineapple juice to make a smooth paste.
Heat remaining juice; add to mixture.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add beaten eggs and butter.
Cook 1 or 2 minutes, stirring to prevent lumping; cool.
Fold in whipped cream before serving.
