Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box shells, prepared as directed and cool
2 c. Ricotta cheese
2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 jar favorite pasta sauce
Preparation
-
Stuff shells with mixture and arrange in 13 x 9-inch pan with sauce on bottom.
Add more sauce to cover top.
Top with additional Mozzarella cheese, if desired.
