Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. mashed cooked potatoes
    8 oz. whipped cream cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    butter
Preparation
    Beat potatoes and cream cheese in mixer bowl until smooth.
    Add eggs, green onion and parsley; mix well.
    Spoon into greased 1 1/2 to 2-quart dish; dot with butter.
    Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
