"Tiropetes" - Cheese Triangles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 to 1 lb. Feta cheese
    1/2 lb. melted butter
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese
    3 eggs
    1 lb. filo pastry
    1 small onion, grated (optional)
Preparation
    Combine the cheeses and stir; add eggs, one at a time and mix well.
    Cut each pastry sheet into 3-inch strips and brush with melted butter.
    Place 1 teaspoon of the filling on each strip and fold over to make a triangle.
    Continue folding from side to side in the form of a triangle.
    Proceed this way for the length of strip for each triangle.
