Ambrosia Cream Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    3 c. confectioners sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream 1/2 cup butter and next 3 ingredients.
    Put them in well-greased and floured 9-inch square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Chill.
