Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    1 tsp. each: salt, soda and vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. fresh rhubarb, diced
    1/2 c. nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Pour into greased loaf pans.
    Sprinkle top with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
