Easy But Elegant Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 beaten egg
    1 large onion, grated
    salt to taste
    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
    Juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Mix together meat, egg, onion and salt. Shape into small balls. Combine in a large frying pan the chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice. Heat to simmering.
    Drop meatballs into sauce and simmer until brown.
