Helen Mary'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 half chicken breasts
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 (15 oz.) can whole potatoes, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brown in a 375\u00b0 oven in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    To chicken, add the onion, potatoes, mushrooms and artichokes. Combine remaining ingredients to form a sauce.
    Pour sauce over chicken, etc.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours. Delicious served over very thin pasta.
